All of my inspections conform with the strict Standards of Practice as set forth by ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and my reports are in narrative style with digital photos and a general overview that can be used as an at-a-glance-guide of my findings.  Typically the report is generated within 24 hours following the inspection and since time is of the essence, we can email you and your agent a copy of the report in addition to mailing you a hard copy.

NOTE:  Landscaping, sprinklers, water features such as swimming pools, spas and decorative fountains are outside the scope of my inspection.
