Fees for condominium inspections start at $200.00 + General Excise Tax.

The following components are part of my condominium inspection:

When applicable I will also note in my report the type of material used on the roof and any defects noted and I will also look in the attic area. 

All of my inspections conform with the strict Standards of Practice as set forth by ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and my reports are in narrative style with digital photos and a general overview that can be used as an at-a-glance-guide of my findings.  Typically the report is generated within 24 hours following the end of the inspection and since time is of the essence we will email you a PDF version of the report.  For an additional charge of $5.00 to $10.00 we will send you a hard copy.

NOTE:  Landscaping, sprinklers, water features such as swimming pools, spas and decorative fountains are outside the scope of my inspection.
