(narrative style, not a check list) covering every aspect of the home.
Our report contains easy to read explanations of the systems inspected,
the defects noted, pictures which are incorporated into the report and
a general overview for quick reference.

When hiring an inspector make sure he or she belongs
to a reputable home inspection association that requires continuing education,
that they carry E&O insurance and
compare home inspection reports as this is how the information from the inspection
is conveyed to you, the buyer and future owner of the home.
